Tea with Marie

Hello! It's me. Time has been flying so fast again and so much has happened in my life in the meantime. My world is spinning and I am having a hard time keeping up with the pace. But i'm still alive, though not kicking. :-( Nevertheless....... i'm back with some art to share. Another project finished that was on my desk for at least 1 1/2 year! Sigh........ :-O This time a paper art project. I created this 'Tea with Marie' Christmas invitation card with little notes to add inside. It's a family tea invitation for Christmas, though not for my family as I don't have contact with anyone anymore. Who knows a family member will come back in my life in the future, but for now it has to stay on the shelf, i'm afraid. Anyway....... this is what I made of it. The front has a frame with the beautiful portrait of Marie-Antoinette and of course a lot of shinyness in the light of the most favorite season. The inside has a little pocket with two notecards that go inside. The back of the card is decorated with a clock that keeps time ticking away......
